Soccer Analyst Chris Sutton Takes On Singer Murs in Top Flight Forecasts
Arsenal's ten-match winning run came to an end by the Black Cats before the international hiatus, however will the Premier League leaders recover against north London rivals Spurs this weekend?
"{I believe like Arsenal are light years ahead of Tottenham at the moment but Spurs boss Thomas Frank will have a strategy for this match," remarked soccer expert Chris Sutton.
"Frank will try to neutralize Arsenal, who have not always been at their scintillating best this campaign - but Mikel Arteta's team usually still manage to win."
Sutton is forecasting results for all 380 Premier League games this season, versus AI, readers and a range of guests.
For week 12, he faces performer Olly Murs, who is a Manchester United supporter.
The singer's new record, Knees Up, is available on the weekend.

Murs is a skilled soccer player as well as a accomplished singer and has been a star of several Soccer Aid matches down the years - but he is not intending a professional return as a player.
"{I actually played in a charity match the other night for a friend of mine," he said. "My team was trailing 3-1 when I was substituted in the 60th minute, and they went on to win 4-3, so you can interpret that what you will!
"I still love football, but I injured my knee a few years ago and it still isn't where I want it to be. I wish I could play more but the uncertainty of the sport means it's too dangerous for me in my career to do it properly again.
"Additionally I am 41 now, and we are not all Cristiano Ronaldo, are we!? No, I am very content not playing football and I am preparing for the time that my child or boy decides to play instead."
Murs and his wife his partner have two children, Madison and their son, and he is prepared to follow in his father's footsteps by becoming their manager.
"I will not push football on our kids but I've already told Amelia that if they happen to get the bug for it then I will have to go and get my coaching badges - and I will likely be managing their weekend football team," he added.
"I watched my nephews play a lot, and I really got into it, and I obviously owned a soccer team for a while too.
"My dad coached with us when I was a child, which is likely where I get it from. He managed our team for several years and had great fun with it. That might be the future for me as well, and I am excited to it!"
Premier League Predictions
Saturday, 22 November
- Turf Moor, 12:30 GMT
The Blues may have to wait a bit longer for Cole Palmer's return from injury but their attack is already stronger with Pedro and Liam Delap both returned to fitness.
In my opinion this fixture will be fairly close, however. Burnley are well organised and their sole at Turf Moor defeats so far have been against Liverpool and the Gunners.
This smells of a one-all tie to me, but I am in fact going to choose the London side to edge it for what would be their third consecutive Premier League win in a row.
Sutton's prediction: 1-2
Olly's prediction: Chelsea will be too strong. 1-3
AI's prediction: 0-2
- Vitality Stadium, 15:00 GMT
Bournemouth have been defeated in their past two games - although both of them were away - but they got thoroughly beaten by Aston Villa last time out which surprised me.
In contrast, West Ham secured back-to-back victories before the international break and, although both of those fixtures were at their stadium, they appear competitive again.
The Hammers' sole on the road victory this campaign came at Nottingham Forest in the summer, when their manager Nuno Espirito Santo was still that team's manager.
Therefore, what exactly do I predict here - can West Ham extending their streak under Nuno, or the home side bouncing back?
I am going to go with Bournemouth, because I believe what occurred against Villa was a anomaly.
The pundit's prediction: 2-0
Olly's prediction: Bournemouth are performing strongly but West Ham have picked up under their boss. 2-2
The algorithm's pick: 1-1
- Amex Stadium, 15:00 GMT
Brentford were seen as one of the favourites for relegation before the campaign started, but they have impressed a several people under their manager and are in fine fettle with three in their last four games.
A family member told me to get Bees forward Igor Thiago in my fantasy soccer squad a few weeks back and, guess what, I didn't listen.
Thiago will probably find the net again on the weekend but I am still not going to pick him or support the away side at Amex Stadium.
The Bees have not had much success on the road this season, and the Seagulls are consistently strong at home. The visitors will attempt to attack on the break but I feel the home manager's side carry much more of a danger.
Sutton's prediction: 2-1
The singer's prediction: This could be one of those games where you think there is going to be a many goals but it in reality turns out to be rather tight. 1-1
The computer's outcome: 2-1
- Craven Cottage, 15:00 GMT
This is a massive game for Fulham, who have lost five of their last six games.
Fulham have have plenty of quality in their squad but it still feels like they could be sucked into a drop zone fight.
As for Sunderland, well they are the unexpected success of the Premier League campaign so far.
The away side's performance in the two-all draw with the Gunners last time out was superb. We have not seen any other team disrupt the North London side like that this term, and Sunderland were fully competitive for them.
The logical choice to do to support the Black Cats here, because they are clearly able of disrupting Fulham up too and, the previous occasion they were in west London, they beat the Blues at the close of October.
But I am not going to do that. Instead, I truly need to continue going against Sunderland with my predictions. I am taking a lot of responsibility for their good outcomes because they clearly enjoy to defy my predictions.
Looking at the home side's at Craven Cottage record, the sole side they have lost to is Arsenal. Their manager's team will be absolutely eager for a positive result, so I am going to say they will pick up three much-needed points.
Sutton's forecast: 1-0
The guest's choice: I'm aware the visitors are doing well and additionally that Fulham are on a poor streak... but Fulham have nonetheless been respectable at Craven Cottage this season. 2-0
AI's prediction: 2-0
- Anfield, 15:00 GMT
This is a hard one to call. The Reds have suffered seven of their last ten games in all competitions, but could they be one of the sides who benefit from the {international break|
